For students entering Grades K-2

Skyhawks Track and Field provides the fundamentals of body positioning, stride, proper stretching, and cool‐down techniques. Track and field events include javelin, discus, shot put, hurdles, long jump, triple jump and various running and relay events. Participants also learn positive life skills such as teamwork and sportsmanship.

Join us at Panther Camp for STEAM week! Activities will focus on creating machines, art, and games while learning about the engineering ideas at play. 

Panther Camp programs are for kids entering grades K through 6 in the fall of 2024. Extended day care, which is free of charge, is available as early as 7:30 AM and as late as 5:30 PM. Lunch is available for an additional fee. 

For students entering Grades 5-8.

Do you have a curiosity about science, chemistry and physics? This program was created to teach participants about these exciting STEM topics using Minecraft as the laboratory to design, craft and test experiments through virtual simulations. In our physics lessons, participants will learn about the science of kinetic and potential energy, speed, acceleration, and gravity. Our chemistry lessons will teach participants about atoms, molecules and elements. The chemistry labs will explore the periodic table and create tests to see how the chemicals react - participants will create compounds using molecules and focus on "reactions" by creating things like sparklers, glowsticks, and floating balloons. In this program participants work toward building the ultimate scientific laboratory in our virtual campground to build and test scientific concepts through science-themed builds. No prior experience is necessary! All skill levels are welcome.

For students entering Grades 3-6.

Elevate your athlete's soccer game with Skyhawks Soccer, honing technical skills like dribbling, passing, shooting, and ball control. Beyond the field, they'll cultivate teamwork and sportsmanship. By the program's end, expect improved soccer skills, new friendships, and valuable life lessons.

For students entering grades K-5

Calling all smarty-pants! Get ready to explore S.T.E.A.M concepts in totally rad and creative ways that will result in cool creations you’ll be proud to brag about - from your very own pinball machine, a creative Venus flytrap, a colorful kaleidoscope and magic ink that will light up a cityscape, plus loads of experiential learning and messy fun along the way! Let's get our science on like never before with this one-of a kind S(mart) T(alented) E(xperimental) A(Awesome!) M(Magnificent) camp experience!

For students entering Grades 1-5.

Are you ready to try coding in Minecraft? This offering focuses on coding as well as building projects and provides an intro to programming using Minecraft Education’s built-in code editor. Participants will build in the world using Code, solve problems, design games, and set goals to learn how to make the most of Minecraft with these easy to learn Code Builder tools. Participants should be comfortable using keyboards or touchscreen to read and follow instructions.

For students entering Grades K-2.
